The UCC27324DGNR is a dual 4-A high-speed low-side gate driver with rail-to-rail drive capability from Texas Instruments. It features two independent outputs with 4-A peak source and sink currents, making it suitable for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in high-power applications.
