The UCC21222-Q1 device is a highly versatile and reliable isolated dual channel gate driver, designed to offer consistent performance in extreme temperature conditions. With a wide temperature range and 4-A peak-source and 6-A peak-sink current, this device is capable of driving power MOSFET, IGBT, and GaN transistors with ease. Whether configured as two low-side drivers, two high-side drivers, or a half-bridge driver, the UCC21222-Q1 device delivers exceptional 5ns delay matching performance for parallel outputs, effectively doubling the drive strength without the risk of internal shoot-through. Additionally, the input side is isolated from the two output drivers by a 3.0-kV RMS isolation barrier, providing a minimum of 100-V/ns common-mode transient immunity (CMTI). The resistor programmable dead time feature allows for easy adjustment of dead time to improve efficiency and prevent output overlap, while other protection features include a Disable feature, integrated deglitch filter, and UVLO protection. With its robust design and versatile capabilities, the UCC21222-Q1 is a reliable choice for a wide range of applications
