TPS54232DR Descrição geral
The TPS54232DR is a high-performance 28-V buck converter with a low RDS(on) high-side MOSFET for enhanced efficiency. Its Eco-Mode feature ensures optimal operation at light loads, while the low shutdown supply current of 1 µA makes it ideal for battery-powered applications. Current mode control with internal slope compensation simplifies external compensation calculations and reduces component count, enabling the use of ceramic output capacitors. Additionally, the device offers overvoltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limit, frequency fold back, and thermal shutdown for reliable operation under different conditions.
