Designed by Infineon Technologies, the TLE6244X is a high-performance quadruple half-bridge driver IC tailored to meet the demands of automotive applications. This exceptional IC is perfect for driving DC motors and other inductive loads in automotive systems such as power windows, sunroofs, electric mirrors, and seat adjustments. Its four high-side and low-side driver channels are capable of delivering up to 5A continuous current and 8A peak current per channel, ensuring efficient and reliable performance. Additionally, the TLE6244X is equipped with advanced diagnosis and protection functions, including overtemperature, overcurrent, and overvoltage protection, as well as short-circuit detection and diagnosis, making it a secure choice for automotive applications. With a wide supply voltage range of 4.75V to 42V, the TLE6244X is suitable for use in both 12V and 24V automotive systems.
