SG3524BN Descrição geral
The SG3524B is a highly advanced pulse width modulator designed for switching power supplies, offering superior performance compared to industry standards like the SG1524. This direct pin-for-pin replacement boasts improved reference accuracy and an extended common mode range at the error amplifier and current limit inputs. With a DC-coupled flip-flop to eliminate triggering and glitch issues, as well as a PWM data latch to prevent edge oscillations, this modulator ensures smooth and reliable operation. Additionally, the incorporation of true digital shutdown allows for high-speed response, while an under voltage lockout circuit prevents spurious outputs in unstable voltage conditions. The full double-pulse suppression logic guarantees alternating output pulses when pulse-by-pulse current limiting is employed. The SG3524B is designed to operate within the commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications
