SBAV99WT1G Descrição geral
The SBAV99WT1G is a SW diode featuring a dual series diode configuration, capable of handling a maximum repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 100V and a forward current (If(AV)) of 215mA. It has a low forward voltage (VF) of 1.25V and a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 6ns. The diode can withstand a maximum forward surge current (Ifsm) of 500mA and operates at a maximum temperature of 150°C. It comes in a SOT-323 case style with 3 pins and is part of the SB Series, meeting the Automotive Qualification Standard AEC-Q101 and being free from SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) as of 27-Jun-2018
