With the MC100EP56DTG, users gain access to a sophisticated and efficient dual, fully differential 2:1 multiplexer designed to deliver exceptional performance and precision. This versatile device is uniquely well-suited for multiplexing low skew clock signals and other skew-sensitive data, thanks to its differential data path design. The presence of multiple VBB pins provides users with enhanced flexibility and convenience, allowing for seamless management of differential input conditions. With an internally generated voltage supply available exclusively to this device, users can effectively rebias AC coupled inputs and tailor the device to suit their specific requirements. For single-ended input scenarios, the unused differential input can be connected to VBB as a switching reference voltage, further enhancing the device's adaptability. Usage of VBB requires careful decoupling from VCC using a 0.01uF capacitor and imposing a limit on current sourcing or sinking to 0.5mA. Alternatively, if VBB is not needed, it should be left open for optimal functionality. The device also features individual and common select inputs to address a wide range of data path and random logic applications. Additionally, as part of the 100 Series, it incorporates temperature compensation to ensure consistent performance and reliability
