LT4363HDE-2#TRPBF Descrição geral
In the event of a fault, a timer is initiated, which is directly proportional to the stress on the MOSFET. Before the timer runs out, the FLT pin will pull low, giving a warning of an imminent power down situation. If the fault persists, the MOSFET is automatically turned off. The LT4363-1 will remain off until manually reset, while the LT4363-2 will restart after a cool down period, providing convenient flexibility in different operating scenarios
