This switch also offers exceptional power handling capabilities up to 6 GHz, with a P0.1dB compression point of +29 dBm at +3V and +33 dBm at +5V control. The on-chip circuitry enables positive voltage control of 0/+3V or 0/+5V at very low DC currents, providing flexibility and ease of integration into existing systems. Additionally, the HMC536LP2(E) takes up only 4 mm² of board space, making it an ideal solution for applications where size is a critical factor
